My first job: I started babysitting at the age of 12 and worked at the local pool in the summer starting at the age of 14.
Why primary care: I like the variety of primary care; it’s never dull! I love the opportunity to take care of families through the life span!
Why I love Avance Care: Avance Care has provided me with the opportunity to take the best care of patients in an environment of support and compassion. Not to mention, they make owning a practice so much easier.
My favorite part of medicine is: I love the relationships that develop that help improve patient’s health. I love to share in the success of patients controlling their health.

How I connect to patients: I believe that relating to patients and listening is the best way to connect.
The one piece of medical advice I tell my patients but have a difficult time incorporating into my own life: EXERCISE. I know how important it is and I really try… but really dislike it!
If I have a three day weekend, I can be found: At the coast….any coast.
The four people I would invite to my ultimate dinner party: I have the most amazing friends and I would invite them: Vicki, Diana, Nicole and Barb (my Mom)!
