Testimonials

"I have been seeing my current therapist Steph for about 6 months and she has been a wealth of resources that she is happy to share. I have quite a bit more work to do, but I'm happy to have her there to help."

"She has given me ways to redirect my mind during panic attacks and acute pain. She has also helped me to see it's OK to validate my feelings. In our brief time together, she has helped me to come a long way."
