Savannah Esquibel, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner serving patients across the lifespan at Avance Care in Northeast Raleigh, North Carolina.
In the pursuit of their professional education, Savannah and her husband moved from sunny California to the beautiful forests of North Carolina. She received her Bachelor of Nursing at Duke University in 2021, where she then gained invaluable skills managing acute and chronic diseases as an emergency department registered nurse. Savannah witnessed a profound need for effective preventative medicine and complex disease management with her patients, who often came to the ER because their disease process grew so severe. It was there where she developed a desire for patient education, counseling, and comprehensive care that considers the whole person- mind, body, and spirit. Motivated to pursue primary care medicine, she went on to obtain her Master of Nursing in Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Savannah is passionate about balancing evidence-based methods with integrative medicine to maximize healthcare outcomes for all. Savannah strongly adheres to Hippocrates’ “Do No Harm” approach and values collaborative patient-provider communication to promote their quality of life and well-being.
In her spare time, Savannah enjoys walking nature trails with her husband “Clifford”, reading the latest scientific articles, traveling, attending church, discovering new coffee shops and making memories with her loved ones. Savannah is privileged to partner with you in your healthcare.
