Pamela Lattimore is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Primary Care Provider with Avance Care in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Pamela is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She received her Diploma in Nursing from Mercy School of Nursing and then obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honors from the University of South Carolina. Pamela later completed her Master of Science at Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
Pamela has over 30 years of clinical experience providing preventive care and managing chronic conditions across the lifespan. She has extensive experience working with women’s health and neonates. Pam is passionate about educating patients about holistic, evidence-based medicine and empowering them to make the best lifestyle decisions. She believes that building relationships with her patients and colleagues helps improve individualized care through collaboration and shared decision-making.
Pamela is originally from North Carolina and now resides in Chapel Hill with her husband. When she is not working, Pamela enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, watching college football, and listening to music at local venues. Pamela is also an advocate for shelter dogs and not only adores her two rescues but often fosters for a local dog rescue.
