Diana Creech (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate in Preston. She completed her Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Bachelor of Social Work from Appalachian State University. Diana gained experience in hospital settings in the ICU and ER units during her time as a student intern. She also serves as a supervisor for students completing their MSW internships through a local charity.
Diana is fluent in Spanish and has a wide range of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults throughout all stages of life. Diana’s areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, grief/loss, stress management, and self-esteem issues. She has a history of working with people of all cultural backgrounds and people from the LGBTQIA+ community. Diana uses a variety of evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, to tailor sessions to each client and their needs.
Diana grew up in Clayton, NC but now lives in Apex with her husband and three rescue pets, a Doberman mix and two black cats. Diana enjoys spending time with her friends and family and doing crafts.
