Guiding clients as they experience breakthroughs, by overcoming issues that have prevented them from living their best lives, is her goal. Through mental health therapy, her clients begin to walk in hope as they heal from anxiety, depression, addictions, anger, and issues that impact them. Alyssa’s experiences have allowed her to work with children, adolescents, and adults within a variety of settings that include elementary through higher education school systems, inpatient/outpatient hospital care, and private practice. Years of social-emotional and human service experience in the nonprofit sector aided her in assisting culturally diverse inner-city families.
Alyssa pulls from a variety of methodologies that allow her to customize therapeutic treatments for each client. Her education supported by clinical and faculty experiences have developed her into a qualified professional needed to support community mental health. Alyssa looks forward to the possibility of discussing how her experiences may meet your needs.
