Abbey Wrobleski is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She received her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from Connecticut College, while also participating on their Division 3 water polo team. She then worked as a medical assistant at the Center for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Ann Arbor, Michigan before earning her Master of Health Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies from South College in Knoxville, Tennessee. Abbey moved to the Triangle area to be closer to her family and begin her career as a family practice physician assistant.
After spending time caring for patients with breast cancer, Abbey is passionate about preventive medicine and early detection. Abbey enjoys building relationships with her patients to create patient-specific care plans. She wants her patients to feel comfortable and well taken care of when they come in for an appointment. She also holds special interests in mental health, sports medicine, and diabetes management.
In her free time, Abbey enjoys swimming and playing water polo, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new places to eat around town.
