Why primary care: I enjoyed too many aspects of medicine to pick just one… so I chose the specialty that allowed me to do it all!
Why I love Avance Care: Avance Care allows me to be focused on my patients when at work, but still be a mom, wife, friend, family member, and well-rounded person outside of work.
If I wasn’t a provider I would be: a Radio City Rockette!
My favorite part of medicine is: I appreciate being given the opportunity to help make the lives of patients better and watch them grow through the years.

How I connect to patients: I choose to share aspects of my own human experience.
The one piece of medical advice I tell my patients but have a difficult time incorporating into my own life: Try to improve your ability to manage stress.
If I have a three-day weekend, I can be found: Spending time with my family and catching up on my DVR queue!
The four people I would invite to my ultimate dinner party: Beyoncé, Debbie Allen, Katherine Dunham, and Misty Copeland… so we can talk all things dance!
