Self-Pay Adult Annual Physical - $100
Annual Physical is a Comprehensive Physical Examination many people get each year. This examination helps your doctor determine what risks you're facing and make recommendations to improve your overall health.
For some people, the annual physical examination is a source of reassurance that they're as healthy as they feel. Others see it as an alarm system, to catch health problems before they become serious.
Annual Physical Includes
- Review of Medical History and Medications
- An individualized review of medical risk factors
- Review of immunization history
- Height & Weight
- Body Mass Index (BMI) Calculation
- Blood Pressure Measurement
- For male, clinical testicular examination and self-exam instruction
- For female, clinical breast examination and self-exam instruction
- Skin examination and counseling on skin cancer prevention
- Review and explanation of lab results, if applicable
- Lifestyle counseling (tobacco cessation, alcohol/drug use, STD prevention, contraception, depression, diet and exercise)
What is not included?
- Lab tests. Most common lab test fees are listed under Preventive/Wellness Screening Test section of our Self-Pay Fee Schedule.
- Evaluation and Management of specific acute problems or illness. For example discussion of a recent cough, sore throat, pain or injury.
- Procedures like mole removal, joint injection, and skin biopsies.
- Treatment of any medical conditions that are revealed during the screening. Such treatment will require you to make additional appointment.

Additional lab tests can be added at the time of doctor consultation, based on your health needs. Most commonly requested lab by our female patients is Pap Smear, and by male patients age 50 years and above is PSA (Prostate Cancer Screening). Most common lab test fees are listed under Preventive/Wellness Screening Test section of our Self-Pay Fee Schedule.
How It Works and Pre-screening Preparation
You will have to schedule 2 appointments for the screening.
Appointment 1 – Fasting Lab Work
Please fast 12 hours before this appointment. You can drink water but do not eat or drink anything that contains any calories. During this appointment your blood sample is collected.
Appointment 2 – Provider Consultation and Lab Test Results Review
- This appointment should be scheduled at least 3 days after the first appointment.
- During this appointment our doctor reviews your medical history and performs examination.
- The provider also reviews test results with you and discusses any additional lab test applicable specifically to you.
- For women, if requested, a Pap Smear is done as part of your examination.

Sample collection of any additional lab tests you request will also be done during this visit.
Results of additional lab tests and Pap Smear (for women, if applicable) are made available to you upon review by the doctor within 1-2 weeks after appointment 2.
You will also receive a report of your screening tests in mail. The report will include:
- Medical Summary of your health
- Lab results
What is difference between Annual Physical and Wellness Screening Package?
Annual Physical cost does not include any lab tests. The lab tests can be added at an additional cost.
Our Wellness Screening Package is designed to be as efficient and cost effective as possible. It includes Annual Physical and basic screening lab work.
Lab Tests
Lipid Panel
Also known as Lipid Profile, Coronary Risk Panel.
Analyzes your cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL and HDL levels. Results can be used to determine your risk for coronary artery disease or stroke.
Complete Blood Count (CBC)
Tests for blood disorders such as leukemia, anemia, and blood clotting.
Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)
Group of 14 tests which give information about glucose levels, electrolytes, and kidney and liver functions.
Pap Smear
For sexually active women or women 21 years and older.
Screens for cervical cancer and certain vaginal or uterine infections.
