Casey Clark, FNP-C is a Primary Care Provider and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner seeing patients at Avance Primary Care in Knightdale, North Carolina.
Casey received his Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Central Florida where he graduated cum laude. He then went on to obtain his Master of Nursing as a nurse practitioner from Columbia University in New York City. Casey has been in practice as a nurse for 9 years, and as a nurse practitioner for more than 4 years. He is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the International Honor Society of Nursing.
Casey started his nursing career working with oncology and surgical patients but has moved through many kinds of specialties. The bulk of his experience as a nurse practitioner is in family practice and urgent care. Taking these experiences to heart, Casey has learned to care for patients through the full spectrum, addressing not just a diagnosis and physical needs, but the whole person, using both evidence-based care for illnesses and warmth and compassion for the heart. It is also his practice to have fun and try to get his patients to laugh and smile at least once during their visit.
Most of Casey’s spare time is spent with his wife and two young children—being outside, wrestling, and enjoying life together. Exercise should be a pursuit, but he always seems to find an excuse not to do it. His other passion is ministry; he is a student at a local seminary and is active in his church.
