Carinne Woodworth is a Primary Care Provider and board-certified Physician Assistant with Avance Care in Knightdale, North Carolina.

Carinne grew up in the suburbs of Chicago where she attended Aurora University. There she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree. She then pursued her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. After graduating, Carinne moved to North Carolina with her husband and began her nine-year career in family practice and emergency medicine.

Growing up, Carinne always wanted to be in the medical field to help others. She has personally experienced chronic illness firsthand and knows how important it is to have a knowledgeable, empathetic, and supportive provider. She believes building a trusting relationship with her patients is crucial for shared decision-making to ensure the best possible outcome. She enjoys the continuity of care family practice offers and the relationship you develop with patients as opposed to the emergency room.

Carinne and her husband, Chad, reside in North Raleigh with their two chocolate labs, Wrigley and Soldier. They enjoy rooting on the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears, spending time with family and friends, and snuggling with their dogs while watching movies. Carinne actively volunteers with the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation, The Center for Volunteer Caregiving, and outreach programs at her church.
